Prices and How to Book in Rural Houses Picachico

Prices per house and per day VAT TAX included.

Price for  2 days of housing (minimum required).


Seasons:

“High-Season”: Christmas-New Year’s-Eastern-Bank Holidays (long week-ends) and from the 30th June till 31st August.
Off-Season”: The rest of the year.

Booking Conditions:

• Minimum stay required of 2 days.
• August: Minimum stay required of 7 days.
• Eastern, bank holidays, long week-end and Christmas: Minimum stay required of 4 days.
• Check out about the possibility of extra beds: 15€ for the High-Season and free for the Off-Season.

Check-in and check-out times:

• Check-in on Friday: 17pm. Check-in on Sundays: 19pm.
• Check-out on Sunday:17pm. Check-out on Friday: 13.00pm.
• Or check-ins and check-outs in other times, please, check with the manager.
• In July and August. Check-in at 14pm. Check-out at 10pm.
• Check with the manager if you want to change the checking times.

Our prices include:

• Vat Tax.
• Bedding.
• Cleaning service and bedding change once a week.
• Firewood.
• Light and water.

HIGH-SEASON:

•  Total payment: When check-in (50% of the total and register)

Cancellation:

100& of the amount to pay if the cancellation is made 30 days befote the check-in date.
60% of the amount to pay if the cancellation is made between 15 and 30 days befote the check-in date.
40% of the amount to pay if the cancellation is made between 7 and 15 days befote the check-in date.
0% of the amount to pay is made at least 7days or less befote the check.in date.
